• The Verb of Truth

Notes from the Space In Between

    🎵 – Ludovico Einaudi – Drop

    Nothing has changed.
    And yet everything is different.

Seven months ago, something broke. Not loudly at first, but thoroughly. A rupture that scattered certainty, identity, future, and meaning. What followed was not a clean separation, nor a dramatic ending, but a long, quiet descent — into confusion, longing, surrender, and the unfamiliar territory beneath hope.

This is not an essay about a reunion.
It is an essay about what happens when truth stops being something you look for, and becomes something you live.

The Dark Night Is Not Romantic

The dark night of the soul is often misunderstood. It is not poetic despair. It is not spiritual drama. It is not a badge of depth.

    It is disorientation.

It is the moment when the stories you lived by stop working — about love, about yourself, about meaning — and nothing immediately replaces them. It is when effort fails, belief collapses, and even spiritual frameworks begin to feel hollow.

In that place, there is very little to do.

    Only to stay.

What remains when there is nothing left to cling to is not insight, but exposure. Raw being. A life stripped of interpretation. It is uncomfortable precisely because it cannot be managed.

And yet — this is where something subtle begins to happen.

    Not a change.
    An allowing.

    You and I

    I let you go
    Yet you stayed

    You left
    Yet I held you

    I said the words
    Yet you returned

    We were lost
    We were confused

    Yet we stayed
    Yet we remained
    And we returned

    We defied
    The norms and shapes

    We are stardust
    In that we trust

    And here we are
    You and I

    We touched the divine
    Humbled and Blessed

    7th moon

    Sending you
    With the moon

    A kiss — feather light
    A vow — hold tight
A prayer — may all be well
And a wish — for what might

The moon — holding it all
Holding the space in distance and time
Holding the love between you and me
    Holding it all in between

    A kiss
    A vow
    A prayer and a wish

    Impermanence

Love, it rises and it passes
Life, it is given and it is taken

Stardust — that is what stays
    Always and everywhere
    Are we just stardust

    A bond so deep
    From below and above
    In dark and in light

Not bound by distance and time
    Nor by life and death

    The impermanence of everything
    Yet we are stardust
    And we stay beyond

    The physical world
    The body we were granted

    A life so short
    A life so long
    A love so strong

    Always and everywhere
    As stardust we came
    As stardust we go

    And you…
    You are my favourite stardust

    First light

    If you are still asleep,
    I hug you gently.
    If you are still asleep,
    I kiss you softly.

    When you are awake,
    I hold you tight.
    When you are awake,
    I kiss you wild.

    At first light
    A new day

    May it be bright
    May all be well

    May we feel blessed
With the first rays of sunlight
    May we feel given
May we feel seen and heard
With the first rays of sunlight

    Let your soul shine
    Let your heart sing

    At first light
    Through the day

    Let us warm the heart
    Of those around
    Let us share
All the love we held in us

    Let us shine
    At first light

  • In Between – A love Story

    In Between

In between our eyes first met
    and the very now

    You have become
    Willingly and unwillingly

    You have become
    Knowing and unknowing

    The essence of my life
    The core of my being
    The pulse of my heart

    In between
    You became
    My home
    My refuge
    My Why
    My Stardust

    In between
    Together
    We learned
    To love
    To be

    In Between

A Love Story — In Between

    You are my shore,
I am the wave — again and again,
    returning eternally.

    You are the poem,
I am the words — in between,
    where silence becomes meaning.

    We are the rhythm
    that time repeats — timelessness,
    a pulse of the heart.

    We are the stardust
    that gravity defies — infinite,
    falling, and never falling.

    Stardust

    Dust and molecules
    travelling through space and time.

    Infinite choices,
    some particles became words,
    some words became poems,
    some poems were written.

Some molecules became the world we live in,
    some became our two stars.

And then there was the moon,
    carrying kisses when it’s full,
    holding vows many,
    some are mine.

Part of the stardust became the water making the waves,
the waves that roll on shore,
    again and again.

Some of the molecules were given life.
    Some molecules get stolen,
    where others are given,
    all made from stardust,
stardust travelling through space and time.

    And here we are,
    you and I – Stardust.

  • I Know

    🎵 – Erik Satie – Gymnopédie No.1

    I Know

I know that I love you.
I know you love me too.

I know the waves roll onto shore,
even now, when not watching, they do.

I know the moon circles around the earth
    and will become full again,
    even when covered by clouds.

I don’t know what will happen tomorrow,
or even in the next moment.
I know that that is ok.

    I know I can’t change the past,
but I know I can learn to accept it.

And that is how we last.

    I don’t know much,
yet I know everything I need to know.

    I know that I don’t know all,
and the mystery of the unknown
is a blessing rather than a threat.

I know that thought will come, like fears, like hope.
And I know they will pass, like clouds in the sky.

    Feelings are true,
    thoughts are merely thoughts.

I know these words are meant for you,
and they come from a place I don’t know —
    maybe from the InBetween
    , they do.

    I both know
as much as I don’t know.

    Yet, and still —

I know that I love you.
I know you love me too.
